Ashley earned her Masters in Counseling at Drake University, and has received training and supervision in EMDR, EFT, and IFS/ego-state methods. She also incorporates mindfulness, CBT, and DBT approaches and has specialized training and experience in trauma, attachment issues, and couples therapy.  Other specialties include LGBTQ issues, and she has a passion for identifying and addressing the root causes of symptoms
