Izzy earned her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University in 2021 and her Master's degree from Drake University in 2025. Izzy has experience working with individuals aged four and up and has received training in EMDR. While earning her Master's degree, Izzy has worked with individuals at many levels of care, including inpatient and residential substance use treatment. Izzy is passionate about meeting clients where they are with a nonjudgmental and genuine acceptance. Izzy's approach to therapy includes, and is not limited to, aspects of trauma-informed care, art therapy, play therapy, mindfulness and grounding techniques, and client-centered treatment.
