Jenna Schlawin, LMHC

Jenna earned her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and her master's degree from Walden University. Jenna is from north central Iowa and works with clients aged 12-80+ of various cultural backgrounds and gender identities. Previous to graduate school Jenna has 7 years of experience working in long term care as a CNA and social worker. Jenna utilizes EMDR, mindfulness based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and a humanistic approach to therapy to take a more eclectic approach to therapy services. Jenna believes in providing empathetic, kind, and compassionate care and being open to others individualistic experiences. Jenna takes the approach of wanting to tailor plans to the client and meet them where they are at while working on meeting their goals.
